how can i do nail designs without needing to go to the salon or buy tools?Finger nails art?!??!?!?!!?
Go to either walmart or drug store and they usually have decals for your nails in the nail polish section. Some of those are pretty cute, or you can try doing little flowers your self. Might be kinda messy though doing it yourself.
