many years ago it was the style to cut the protective fold of skin and there were cuticle scissors availible.


Now they are just pushed back to make room for fake nails.


Eating then is habit. If diet is incorrect, hangnails painfully occur... plus dirty hands, contribute.





If the half moon under ther nail is not there on any finger, it means that you will die of heart problems.


On the other side, if there are half moons = whitish skin undernail-- you will die of lung problems.





Nails should be clipped, cut or filed regularily, otherwise looks disgusting.
