how do I get my finger nails to grow and get them strong? I know they have stuff u put on them but is there anything else??All about finger nails?

Vitamins and lots of water. I promise you water will make your nails and skin look and feel great. Calcium. Eat good. File regulary--not too much but not so they look gangly. Also, I once read in a magazine that filing the sides of your nails can make them more brittle, so just curve them.Hope this helped

use hard as nails by sally hansen. it's amazing. its just clear nail polish that you can leave on for a while and your nails grow very strong. i just broke a bad habit of biting my nails and they were super weak, always breaking. i got this nail polish and within a week my nails were pretty hard. havent broken since. :]

what i do is i keep them sorta short so they don't have to repair themselves constantly all they have to do is grow.
