Long or short finger nails?

i don't have much of a preference, as long as they are clean, but if i had to pick, short because long nails would just get in the way.Long or short finger nails?
I have long fingernails but they brake easily and hurt when they break really close to the skin short nails are stronger and more practical but long nails are prettier and easier to manicure / PaintLong or short finger nails?
I perfer long...





But Im not allowed to have long finger nails because I play cello and my orchestra teacher doesn't allow them. :(
Long, I've had long nails for as long as I can remember, lol.


Otherwise they feel naked :/
mine are short..


for cheering if you turn your hands around and can see your nails sticking out from the backside they have to be cut. it sucks.
well i personally like short but well im a nail bitter and i have a important test soon so yeah mine are stubs right now.
for me, i prefer my nails to be short. on girls i don't care, as long as they're clean.
