??? stained finger nails ???

Please help if you can???





I have suddenly got lightly brown stained nails and dont know how it happened or how to get rid of it it looks awful.





I used a clear base coat nail varnish and put a metalic pink over it went out clubbing. I took it off next day with nail varnish remover and now my nails have a definate brown tint!





I have long nails and have scrubbed with soap and water, redone with nail varnish remover, lightly abraded with a nail polisher and even tried a covering of bleech but the stain is definately still there!





I dont smoke and cant understand how it got there and how to get rid of it help! I think my nails may be ruined and cant think of any other way to get rid of the stain and how it could have got there is it the asetone in the remover or what I am completely stuck !


It has now been there for 4 days and doesnt seem any lighter at all.





Is there anything I can use to whiten them again? Also any ideas on what has caused it????? stained finger nails ???
Hey, it's weird you're asking this question because I just read about this sort of problem in a magazine last night! It's probably been stained by your nail varnish, which can happen sometimes. The article suggested using whitening toothpaste on a nail scrubber - apparently, this works! Never tried it myself, as I only read it last night??? stained finger nails ???
try bleach or hydrogen peroxide
i would go to your nearest nail salon and have them take a look at it, If they're unsure you may want to go see your dr., I hate to say this, and i doubt that this is what it is, but it could be some type of fungi underneath. Definelty get it checked out though
my roommate had a toenail that one day start getting funky colors, started very light at first, she ended up with a black toe nail and one on the other foot was yellow. she went to the dr and was told it was a fungus that she would have the rest of her life. good news is it cleared up on it's own but bad news it looked really gross for awhile.
Try toothpaste on an old toothbrush and scrub them. If that doesn't work I don't think anything will. Good luck.
My nails are always yellowish when I remove polish. I just buff them until the yellow is gone.
try cleaning them with lemon juice
Try baking soda %26amp; lemon. The nail polish stained them, even if you used a base coat, it can happen.
ok first of all donk panic.. cuz it not gonna be permanent.. i suggest you use a bowl.. n squeeze sum lime in it.. mayb lemon.. anything.. then dip ur fingers n scrub.. goot luck!
you could try dipping them in bleach. or go to a nail salon and see what they say. sounds like it came from the nail varnish you used.
Soak them in bleach - but not to long. Or when your cleaning your house next use a squirt of bleach
fungus
cut a lemon in half and rub your fingernails in. It should bleach them back to their natural colour
