i have thick finger nails that are hard to cut, why is thisThick finger nails?
you're eating too much protein!Thick finger nails?
You are not having a complete diet that consists of all the proteins recommended. Also, if you take drugs, speed etc, they can deplete your body of supplies. One of the side effects is bad nails.
the thick ness of your finger nails is generally genetically accquired so no one can ever help that .Inspite of all these there are some therapies which you can adopt that reduces the thick ness of your nails and that is done at the beauticlinics but not advisable
You have strong healthy nails because your diet is healthy. If i were you i wouldn't worry about it.To tell you the truth I'll be glad because my nails are thin and they cant grow cause every time i try to let them grow they Will break.Your lucky
You have inherited this from one of your parents, as we do everything else. it is not a bad thing at all as we girls want strong nails and I bet yours are. Grow them out and shap them with a file. chic
hmm i dont know. my moms fingernails are like that. i find it kinda gross looking, sorry
but i would rather have that cause i have freakishly thin fingernails and they break ALL THE TIME!!
You probably have a really healthy nail matrix, that produces good healthy nail cells, and bonds them together well in their layers. Lucky you!
