Apply the thinnest layer possible, as the thicker it is, the more it will peal.

It's best to try a few different brands until you find one that stays put.

After applying transparent coat then apply a thin coat of nail polish.


Usually lighter colours stays more on nails than darker ones.
Nail polish will always eventually peal. You can try putting two coats on instead of just one. Then after the two coats have dried you can put a clear nail polish over it. Or just put one coat on and then put the clear nail polish over that!
What I found works best for my nails is a light colored polish with a little bit of glitter or sparkle to it in just one coat. Usually the cheaper brands are better.
