Hey Girls Out There With Finger Nails????????

well, i bite my nails a lot when i get nervous and bored and right now i have my nails in a really bad shape. so i was wondering if i could buy fake nails to glue on, just the little plain ones and only put the glue on the top of my nails so it doesn't get in the way of me growing my nails while i cover them up for a while becasue they look bad.


i don't think a nail place will help with my problems so i just wanted to know if doing this was okay while my nails grow?


will they even grow even though i will be covering them up, i thought they would if i just use a little glue?

firstly, get the stuff to put on your nails to STOP biting them.


dont go to a nail salon cos acrylic nails will ruin them - i had fake nails for about 6 months and it took a year for them to become strong again.





just put the stuff on your nails to stop you from biting and let it grow naturally, then go to a nail salon to get it shaped and/or a manicure
There's a polish called Jessica ';Nibble no more'; which could help.


You just apply it like you usually would with nail varnish, and it has an unpleasant taste/smell, so it'll stop you from biting every time you go near your nails! Just research the web for ';Nail biting solutions'; if this doesn't work.

fake nails wont stop your nails from growing (no matter how much glue you use)... but after your nails start to grow the fake nails wont cover the whole nail and you will see more of the nail by the cuticle... when u take the fake nails off it may ruin your nails underneath though because you have to rip them off





its kinda like asking if hair dye will stop your hair from growing =P
i have the same promblem with you too, but i go get them done at nail store and get the fake nails on, i cant really bite on the fake nails cuzz therer too hard, and they will grow out faster, soo my advice is just go get them done at some nail store, it will grow out faster i think cuzz my nail grew out in 2 weeks
okay well you can do this but it will make them grow slower. What i would do is get them done or just put nail polish on them and then wait for them to grow out. or even better just chew on a straw and dont do anything to your nail and they will be fine in a month. XD
uhmm darling they will not ggrow very much because they are covered and not getting air fake nails arent very good i hope i helped and please take my advice this happend to be before
