How can I naturally have my finger nails grow and be healthier?

Right now they're chipped/bitten/ and all of the nails are different sizes. I heard its because of nail polish. So i took off my nail polish. Now what? Besides the special aloe nail polish they sell in stores, whats another remedy?I am 16 and I would like healthy nails again :)How can I naturally have my finger nails grow and be healthier?
Jello makes your nails and hair grow strong and pretty quickly. My husband once accidently ripped his toe nail off of his big toe, and that's what they told him at the hospital. And, it worked! How can I naturally have my finger nails grow and be healthier?
No, you eat the jello, or if you don't like to eat it, you can drink it while it's still warm. It works internally, not by putting your nails in them. Good luck!

Unless you're drinking organic, unpasteurized milk, milk wont help as you typically absorb less than 30% of the calcium in it.

This site is really good:

There's tips if you scroll down to the bottom.

If you're not getting enough protein or Vitamin E it can contribute to it. Vitamin E applied topically will help moisturize whether or not it's caused by an E deficiency.

** If it's a Vitamin E deficiency you'll likely have dry brittle hair (if that's the case, increase your intake of green leafy vegetables, nuts and vegetable oils)**

but it sounds like they're just super-dry. Follow the tips on the mayo clinic (moisturize, moisturize, moisturize!)
I have the same problem except i'm 14. Well i read online that dipping your hands in warm water with lemon or body oil will get them longer and healthier because of the vitamins in those things. Other ways to achieve healthier nails is to eat right. Drink lots of milk and eat eggs, these are only some of the foods that can get your nails healthier. You can search it up online too.

Hope this helped!
First, cut them down as far as you can/need to so that there are no more chips (yes, they will be short at first but they will be healthier), then trim, file, and buff them once a week.
clean, drink milk, and put clear on it. that is what the nail woman said and now my nail is tall as .....try it.
clean them regularly with your longest nail after about 4 weeks it grows longer
take vitamins... especially vitamin E
My advice- either put lotion on your hands daily, or just wait.
