Thin Finger Nails?

My fingernails have always been thin compared to other people, like enough to made them kinda bendy. What does this mean??Thin Finger Nails?
Keep your nails short! you wouldn't run a race with a broken ankle like, oh well it'll get better.

MOISTURIZE!!! use hand cream rather than lotion (it's thicker) and put on COTTON gloves afterward to keep the lotion on your hands until it absorbs.

AVOID fake nails. they kill the strongest of nails.

I find that getting manicures once a week helps keep my nails in shape. Having them filed and shaped and breaks repaired can help your nails get stronger. when you do go, bring your own nail polish remover. buy the kind that has ';no acetone'; (which can also be labeled as nail polish remover for fake nails).

just for the sake of precaution, ask your doctor. Fingernail problems are often associated with bigger medical issues. better safe than sorry!

read the link and good luck!Thin Finger Nails?
I have tried all the vitamins, gelatin etc. What really worked for me was, okay, seriously, lifting weights. It increased the blood circulation and my nails stopped splitting. Something they have done for years. I can now file them and they look great.
Try calcium with vitamin A or E.
Try nail envy. You can find it at most nail places.
U just need more calcium , To prevent them from braking u could use nail hardener
